How do I determine which unit size to rent?
Contact your facility to speak with a storage expert or use our self-storage calculator. Be sure to have an idea of what you intend to store to ensure an accurate unit size estimation.

Do I have to sign a long-term storage contract?
No. At A Storage Inn Self Storage, we offer leases on a month-to-month basis.

Do I need storage insurance?
Insurance on your storage unit is required to protect the value of your belongings. Contact us if you need storage insurance or check with your personal insurance provider.
Am I able to store my RV, boart car, or motorcycle?
Boat, cars, and motorcycles can be stored inside our large units at our Missouri facilities. We offer outside vehicle and boat storage at some of our facilities, but not all. Contact your nearest A Storage Inn facility.

How do I pay my monthly storage bill?
Payments may be made online, by setting up auto-pay with the facility manager, mailing a check or money order to the store address above, or using the drop slot at the facility location.

What is the difference between access hours and office hours?
During office hours, the property manager is at the facility to assist in all your customer service needs.. Enter your gate code into the keypad to access your storage unit. Depending on what time you need to access your unit, a property manager may not be there to assist you.

What items am I not allowed to store?
Tenants are not allowed to store fireworks, explosives, hazardous waste, chemicals, fertilizers, paint, gasoline, narcotics, and propane tanks. Other items that aren't allowed include perishable food, medicine, plants, and animals..
